Mr. Walker has been Board Certified in Civil Trial by both the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1996. He has tried over 100 injury cases in the 22 years that he has been in practice.

Mr. Walker is a member of the Florida Bar, the Indiana Bar Association, the Clearwater Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the American Justice Association, the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been extended membership into the Million Dollar Advocates bases on his recoveries in excess of a million dollars on behalf of his clients, as well as the Super Lawyers based on his reputation among his peers.

He obtained his law degree in 1987 from Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated with Honors. At Stetson, he was a member of the Trial Team which was one of the top teams nationally. He came to Stetson after graduating from Purdue University where he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Management/Marketing.
